iC2 CCTV, the London – based security specialist has recently taken over the maintenance of Hamleys CCTV system.
Hamleys is one of the world’s most famous toy stores. Founded 250 years ago and carrying a royal warrant, it fills seven floors in its flagship Regent Street store and welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors all year round.
Having taken over the installation and maintenance of their CCTV system, iC2 carried out extensive works to the 70 camera system and conduct regular preventative maintenance visits.
Commenting on the improvements to Hamleys CCTV system, security manager Keane Herman said: “The main reason I chose iC2 was the level of service they offered and the professionalism of their engineers. I felt they provided a personal service and highly qualified and efficient engineers. I went away from the big name providers because of the inconsistency with maintenance and the lack of a personal service. I’m very happy we brought in iC2.”
