Rising bollards are the perfect solution if you’re looking to manage loading bays and improve the security of the surrounding area. They can also be used in addition to automated barriers, providing safer access to your premises or blocking unauthorised users from entering or exiting.

How do rising bollards work?

Automatic rising bollards can be controlled by any type of access control system, such as swipe or proximity cards, audio intercom, radio transmitters, GSM/mobile phone, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) or a simple button controller. Our bollards can also include induction loops for additional safety, as well as red and green traffic lights to alert users when it’s safe to proceed.

Why choose rising bollards?

If your premises are located in a busy area, particularly if it’s heavily pedestrianised, then rising bollards can provide a safe solution to help you manage vehicle access of your location. Easy to use and simple to manage, rising bollards create the extra security needed to put your mind at ease when you’re on and off site.

What are the benefits of rising bollards?

● Easy to manage

● Can be controlled by any access system

● Safety lights help guide vehicles

● One-button controls available

● Improved site security

● Better management of your gates and loading bays

Turnstiles

Our systems use anti pass-back facilities, so if someone enters the site, they cannot pass the card through the turnstile to allow someone else to enter. They can also be fitted with biometric readers, ideal for sites that require speedy but secure access for a large amount of users daily.
